Retool Dimension’s information-heavy website to drive sales. The old site was framed to answer the question, “What is 3D printing?” The new website aggressively pursues a buying process, answering the question, “Why do I need a Dimension printer in my office?” The prospect’s only question should be, “Do I buy, lease, or rent?”

Strategy
Change the focus from features to user identification, benefits and ROI. Specifically, create pathways to the sale for the primary audience of engineers, product designers, architects and educators. Additionally provide financial pathways/ROI for the likely purchasing decision makers.

Results
Fantastic work by Sinard. They actually learned our terminology - our foreign language - to learn about our product. They brought new ideas and allowed us to pick between those ideas. If I had any questions, there was some sort of expert that could help out. The result has been a great response not only from our re-sellers but also the potential clients. It's been exciting.
