Julie Peterson - Producer/Director/Project Manager

Julie has overseen the production of award-winning TV commercials, massive photo sessions, catalog production, B2B and retail print ads, and business theatre – not to mention several immersive Virtual Reality/HDTV productions.

Her ability to combine managerial experience with a broad understanding of technology makes her a sought-after manager/facilitator of both difficult technical projects and more lyrical dramatic productions. This highly regarded Producer has won a Telly Award nearly every year for the past 17 years.

Joshua Carlon - Editor, Master of All Things Apple and Adobe

Josh is an Emmy-winning editor and Telly-winning producer. He has a degree in Graphic Design, and has worked in virtually every aspect of production in the five years since he finished college. Adopter of and proponent for new technologies, Josh neither watches tv shows on a tv nor listens to radio on a radio.

Richard Brown - Resident Wizard

He who speaks Unix, DOS, C+ . . . and English! All hail to he who creates macros, solders wires and explains the physics and physiology of immersive media. 30 years at PBS, and now, semi-retired, he deigns to work with us. We are blessed.

Laura French, Ph. D. - Writer, Change Communications Consultant

Laura has a background in advertising, public relations, and sales promotion.  For the past decade, her focus has been employee communications and change management.  She has planned and executed change communication projects for Target Technology, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Wells Fargo, and GMAC-RFC, designed to move stakeholders from awareness to buy-in and, ultimately, to ownership of changes in the work environment.

Eric Knisley - Animator

Eric is a 3D animator/cartoonist/musician currently residing in the United Kingdom. He has been creating 3D animation specifically for hemispheric systems for over a decade. Projects include works for Japanese multi-media artist Mariko Mori, NASA, the Museum of World Religions in Taipei, the US State Department and Department of Energy, Kansas State University, King Fahd University, and many more.

He is also a cartoonist and illustrator.

Michael Johnston - Instructional/Interactive Designer, Graphic Artist

Michael is a highly recognized interactive media designer with numerous national awards, including the first five-mouse rating for an edutainment product, Chipwits. Chipwits also won numerous other awards for its open-ended simulation and ability to explore concepts in computer programming and robotics.

He was one of the original programmers of Authorware, a software that created the multimedia revolution of the 1980s and the principle designer for the “Newton’s Apple” Videodiscs. With more than 30 years of experience in interactive multimedia production, he has created over 250 interactive pieces for clients ranging from children’s title publishers to Fortune 500 companies, including IDS-American Express, MTC, Norwest Corporation, Target, and others.

Tom Adair - Director, Director of Photography, Photographer

An Emmy Award winner, Tom was Director of Photography for his first feature film, starring John Cleese, in 2004.  He won his Emmy as the original Producer of “Alive From Off-Center” for PBS. He has shot for Discovery Channel and National Geographic; shot underwater, swimming with Hammerhead sharks; shot 360 videography for the on-line “Quest” series. He has edited web videos on a laptop in tents in jungles, and beamed the dailies with a portable satellite.

Highlight: providing live feeds from the top of the ruins of Chichen Itzá to “The Today Show” and “Good Morning America.” Tom works in business to business communications at the behest of Sinard Productions.

Pablo Rivasplata - Director of Photography, Photographer

Pablo was the principal director of photography for Canal Uno, Lima, Peru, for over 20 years. His client list reads like a Who’s Who of commercial clients, including CocaCola, Sherwin Williams, Nestle, AIWA Audio, et al.

Pablo is beyond a doubt, one of the finest cinematographers between LA and New York. Pablo brings to Sinard the capability of effective bi-cultural visualization for Western Hemisphere English/Spanish audiences.

Joseph Smith - Web Designer, Flash Programmer, HTML Expert

Joe’s ad agency background (Kerker, et. al.) has made him one of the region’s most knowledgeable designers of web sites. From strategy through execution, Joe keeps the focus on key messaging from designing through HTML or Flash execution. Joe is the principal keeper of all things internet for Sinard Productions, Inc.

Craig Sinard - Executive Producer

Craig has been a journalist, video artist, musician, member of the MN state arts board, board member of UCV, a non-profit organization, government employee, Fortune 500 employee, masters student and assistant to Steina Vasulka and Ed Emschwiller. He woke up one day and found he had over 35 years of highly varied experience.
